Thoughts: I mean for an end of practice 50, it was alright. My underwaters are slightly getting better but I still need to find the sweet spot. My breakout was atrocious. My last dolphin kick was above the water. I want to say my dive is getting slight better but I really can’t tell. My angle of attack is too steep but I’m slightly moving my head down on the “Go” less. Idk why I switched from bent arm to straight arm half was through and my finish wasn’t the best. I definitely could’ve taken another stroke on the finish. I tried to take advice from before and moving my hips less and squeeze my core and It feels alright, idk if I’m doing it correctly. But it’s just end of practice and I’m on taper rn so it’s not too bad
